MACHINE SPECIFICATION

thickness controller that is easy for users to operate. It is used to control the thickness of 

the parison in blow molding machines. It can be used for continuous die heads or storage 

cylinder die heads, and can be used with current-type servo valves (such as MOOG 

G631-3005B) or voltage-type servo valves (such as Bosch, Rexroth, Atos). Produce 

lighter and more durable container products at a higher production rate.

A correctly installed and properly used system will enable your blow molding machine 

to have higher operational efficiency, thereby achieving faster molding cycles, shorter 

conversion times and less waste.

The Xunjie Digi200 Pack system consists of three main parts: the Xunjie Digi200 Pack 

controller, the die actuator (servo valve), and the feedback sensor for measuring the die 

opening. For the storage cylinder type blow molding machine, there is a storage cylinder 

position feedback sensor. These three parts can be organically combined.

The operator sets the die opening required to obtain an ideal and uniform thickness 

container through the Swift Digi200 Pack control panel.

The die head actuator controls the flow rate based on the control signal sent by the 

Xunjie Digi200 Pack controller, making the die head gap reach the value set by the 

controller, thereby controlling the thickness of the parlet.

The Xunjie Digi200 Pack controller provides an analog interface for connection with the 

PLC controller of the blow molding machine, forming a closed loop.
